At ISC-Sharjah we fully use after-school time to engage our students in activities that challenge and develop their physical and psychological skills. These activities are available for students in grades 1 to 12 and will range from sports training to clubs and activities, events, and more. Our students always perform their activities in a secure environment under the supervision of professional coaches and instructors.
Sports Training
Participating in sports competitions requires practice. Our athletes deserve the best training to improve their performance before competing. Students in grades 3 to 12 who are selected for the school’s sports teams will participate in training sessions to learn new skills and strategies towards perfecting their technique. Training sessions after school are organized for basketball, football, volleyball, swimming, and athletics. The training will give our students the edge needed to overcome any challenge!
Clubs
Clubs are not limited to breaktime. Usually involving students from grades 7 up to grade 12, these after-school clubs allow those who cannot join a club during breaktime to share their passion with students who have the same interests.
Champs Ahead Basketball Academy
If your child loves basketball, this is where they should be! SABIS® teamed up with the Champs Ahead basketball academy to provide the best training for all students who love the sport. Led by the legend Fadi Al Khatib, and accepting students from grades 1 to 12, it is the perfect opportunity for any basketballer to be part of a great team.
