Admissions Process

School Tour & Information

To book a physical campus tour, request information by E-mail, or book an online meeting, please fill in this online Interest Form. Our Admissions Office will get back to you shortly.


Interested parents/guardians would need to apply online by filling in this Application Form or in person at the school by obtaining the application pack from the school Reception desk.

Parents/Guardians make sure to submit the required documents listed in the application, by attaching soft copies in the online application form and/or physically submitting the documents at the school.

Once the application is received, the Admissions Office schedules an appointment with the parents/guardians for a school presentation, in which parents/guardians are introduced to SABIS® in all its aspects.

Interview/Diagnostic Test

Once our Admissions Office confirms that the application is complete and ready to be processed, they will coordinate with parents/guardians to set a date for the interview/diagnostic test, whether online or in person.

- Applicants for Level A to C (KG to Grade 1) undergo an interview

- Applicants for Level D (Grade 2) and above undergo an entrance exam(s)

Admission Decision

Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. The interview/diagnostic test results will be communicated to parents/guardians, as either:

- Accepted

- Needs to be retested

- Needs to attend accelerated courses

- Accepted to a lower grade

- Rejected

Parents/guardians of accepted students will be asked to proceed with the payment of registration fees.

Payment of Registration Fees

Parents/Guardians can make the registration payment either:

  • Directly to the school’s Accounting Office
  • Through a bank transfer

Upon registration, new students/parents will receive the following documents:
